The objective of this part of our website is to provide someone like you all of the information necessary for the first time investor to determine the best way to include real estate as part of your overall investment strategy and portfolio, along with repeat investors requiring 1031exchanges. You may ask, "why do we need to fill out a form since other real estate professionals have the ability for me to search for a home right on their website?" ROI ANALYSIS: This tool was built specifically for the investor. It uses all of the pertinent variables to evaluate a good investment; rent per square foot, down payment, mortgage payments, maintenance expenses, appreciation factors, rent and rental expense increase factors, etc. The results will provide you with a three year Performa on the property being evaluated. This Performa will clearly show your cash on cash return, along with your overall ROI if you sell the property in after year 1, year 2 or year 3. This area is password protected.
